CABERNET SAUVIGNON (RESERVE)

The reserved edition of our Cabernet Sauvignon is a piece of artistic beauty. It’s grapes were handpicked, hand-selected, and aged for one and a half year in new French oak barrels and then for another two years in old ones. It is a full bodied wine, with exciting, juicy tannins, and a wonderful acidity all of which is balanced by intense notes of forest berries, dried herbs, tobacco, and coffee. It leaves a very long and pleasant finish on the palate.
