CHARDONNAY

The grapes of our Chardonnay were picked from an old vineyard lying at the foot of Mount Jarmaq in the Upper Galilee. The wine was aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks for a period of 8 months. It has a wonderful creamy texture, characterized by buttery flavors, notes of hay, and a refreshing minerality that reminds ourselves of seashells.
