Merlot

Our Merlot grapes were brought forth from a Baál (organic) vineyard that’s situated at the foot of Iqrit hill. It was aged for a period of 8 months in old and new French oak barrels. The wine is dry, with medium plus acidity, and is characterized with intense aromas of red forest berries, hot chili pepper, and notes of charred wood. It leaves a long finish on the palate.
