Our Rose’ is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, which were harvested from vineyards at the area of Iqrit village. The grapes were lightly soaked and fermented in cool stainless steel tanks for a period of seven weeks, at a temperature around 10 ° C. This fresh wine is characterized with the tartness of citrus, floral notes of rose petals and fruitiness of fresh plums.
The grapes of our Cabernet Sauvignon are manually harvested from selected vineyards, planted on ideal parcel at Iqrit valley in the Upper Galilee region. This full bodied wine is well structured, deep in color, and has a rich aroma of toasted oak and black fruits.
Our Shiraz grapes harvested from a unique vineyard that lies at Iqrit area in the Upper Galilee. This dry wine offers pure regional characteristics of forest berries and dark chocolate interwoven with spices of black pepper.
Our Merlot grapes were brought forth from a young vineyard situated at the legs of Iqrit hill. This wine is characterized with bold aromas of forest berries, green pepper and hints of oak flavors on the palate.
DOER is a great blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and hints of Shiraz. The grapes of this wine were handpicked from vineyard at the area of Iqrit village. This full bodied red wine is well balanced and characterized with rich fruity flavors of black berries and toasted oak.
The grapes of our Sauvignon Blanc were picked from a small vineyard that is blessed with the cool climate of the Upper Galilee. This elegant and fresh wine is characterized with flavors of citrus fruit, grassy notes, minerality and hints of sweet sourness on the palate.
The Chardonnay grapes were picked from a mature vineyard lying at the foot of Mount Miron in the Upper Galilee. This half bodied wine offers a rich aroma of creamy texture that characterized with dry straw flavors and hints of mountain fruits.
